From the early days of her career starring in such "classics" as TEEN WITCH and KARATE KID PART III: THE REVENGE OF THE BAD GUY FROM THE FIRST KARATE KID MOVIE, to the later days, starring in such actual classics as the second season of TWIN PEAKS, Robyn Lively has ... well ...

I can't go on. Shit. Ya know, Storck suggested we salute Robyn Lively, and my knee-jerk was "Hell no!" I mean, TEEN WITCH is ASS! KKP3:TROTBGFTFKK is DOUBLE ASS!! And she was, ya know, not anything too special in either.

Then, I saw this:

Lemme just say this is the most unfair transformation from gawky and unattractive into HOT since Anna Paquin. Robyn, I regret some of the things I may have said. We can work it out. Keep on keepin' on, you hot, hot grown-up teen witch, you.

Career Highlights

WILDCATS/BEST OF TIMES (1986)

Two cheeseball football movies in one year, and working with both halves of the Goldie Hawn/Kurt Russell dream team no less. This was the geeky awkward phase Alex mentioned, but still, those two are awesome! Besides, there hasn't been a year for movie football like that since, and she rode the tide.

TWIN PEAKS (1990)

Being on this show was instant cool.Sure it didn't help your career, as ubercool people like Kyle MacLachlan and Sherlyn Fenn still struggle for work, and some were able to successfully negate their cool by proving to be not very good, like Lara Flynn Boyle (though dating Nicholson gets her a bit of cool back), but this show was groundbreaking and Ms. Lively was there.

DOOGIE HOWSER, M.D. (1989-1991)

This is where she is most recognized from, so here it is on the list, and three years on a fairly popular show seems to be the most exposure she will really get. Honestly, we wouldn't have put "Savannah" on the list. Bonus points for being convincing when having to kiss Neil Patrick Harris, because c'mon, it's DOOGIE!
